If the weather is bad enough that it is creating a safety hazard, we will call as early as possible to reschedule the at the next available opportunity. We do not mind coming back to finish or redo exterior windows if they become immediately ruined by the weather. We always try to complete as much of the project as possible. Light rain rarely affects the quality of the window cleaning. Many clients also make access arrangements prior to our arrival during the booking stage, so the project can be completed without you needing to be home. We also like to do a final inspection to ensure you are 100% satisfied and will be calling all your friends to tell them about your amazing experience.
